Random Short Poems

We all must grow old,
We all must die.
There's no avoiding it,
It's no lie.

The world might seem dark,
But we made it that way.
There's not saving us,
Now we must pay.

The world we live in,
So wild and free.
We don't know, so we wear a grin,
But no longer can we let it be.

Each rain drop, each tear,
Is too painful to watch.
What I've come to fear
Now tears me apart.

When I look back,
I must say,
It was a good life,
Not one in dismay.
